Borough of State College- In early April, the Borough Council passed a resolution endorsing H.R.3339 and the National Infrastructure Bank.

The resolutions states in part: "Whereas Pennsylvania has the highest percentage of structurally deficient bridges in the United States. Of the Commonwealth's more that 22,000 bridges, nearly one in four are considered structurally deficient..."
