In the past few days, the full text of HR3339 has become available on Congress.gov, and it is available here. The new bill raises the lending capacity of the NIB from $4 Trillion (HR6422) to $5 Trillion (HR3339). In addition. the new bill, is called "The National Infrastructure Bank Act of 2021."

So, now is the time to pull out the stops, reach your member of Congress (and others) and request their co-sponsorship of the National Infrastructure Bank Act of 2021 (HR3339)!
