SMART Community Council (SCC) USA, with the National Infrastructure Bank (NIB), Coalition is reaching out to Chambers of Commerce throughout the nation to enlighten everyone, on the grassroots effort to get legislation approved for the creation of a new, fifth National Infrastructure Bank. The National Infrastructure Bank Act – HR 3339 is the legislative bill.

Chambers of Commerce are invited to join, at no cost, as Community Partners. Your participation, will provide your Chamber opportunities to host in-person meetings, bring together key decision-makers and influencers, raise your brand and profile, and build awareness in your community. The community impact includes enhanced resilience, economic growth, new jobs, and quality of life.
