June 21, 2021- Today's Albuquerque Journal published a guest column penned by New Mexico State Senator Bill Tallman, promoting HR 3339 and the creation of the National Infrastructure Bank.

Senator Tallman earlier this year introduced Senate Memorial 2 calling on the US Congress to support the NIB.
