On Saturday, June 20, 2020, Northampton County (Pa) County Councilwoman Tara Zrinski convened a virtual Town Hall to build support for H.R 6422, and the idea of creating a National Infrastructure Bank. Jim Roebuck is the Democratic Chairman of the Education Committee of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. He's been very active with the Coalition, and has traveled to Washington DC several times to participate in meetings with US Congressional offices.
