Seattle Indivisible has adopted a resolution calling upon the US Congress to enact HR3339 and create a National Infrastructure Bank.

According to their website,  "Seattle Indivisible is a group focused on influencing our Members of Congress (MoCs) via the grassroots to help enact progressive change at the Federal level. "
