Listing HR 6422 (the National Banking Act of 2020) as supported federal legislation, the Public Banking Institute has publicly supported the drive for a National Infrastructure Bank.
Ellen Brown founded the Public Banking Institute in 2011, following her study of the Bank of North Dakota. She spoke to a

hosted by the Coalition for a National Infrastructure Bank, held on Presidents' Day, February 15, 2021.
