The State Senate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is now considering a resolution which calls upon Congress to pass HR3339 and create a National Infrastructure Bank.
The resolution states in part: "Whereas, The ASCE gave Pennsylvania an overall C- in its 2018 report card; and....Despite this overall "fair" grade, numerous key infrastructure areas are lacking, including 43% of roadways owned by the Department of Transportation having fair or poor roadway surfaces, and traffic congestion presently resulting in more than $3.7 billion annually in lost time and wasted fuel; and....."
