MEDIA COVERAGE OF NIB PICKING UP STEAM



Media interest in the National Infrastructure Bank is starting to pick up steam. Just in the last week, The Providence Journal and India America Today published an Op-Ed penned by Rhode Island Senator Louis DiPalma. The Op-Ed is based on an “Open Letter to Congress,” released by the Coalition for a National Infrastructure Bank, and has been endorsed by almost a hundred prominent elected officials, labor leaders, and other substantive businesses and organizations. The Coalition ran a high-profile ad of the Letter in the Scranton Times-Tribune, Biden’s hometown newspaper, on April 1, the day after the President rolled out his American Jobs Plan. In addition, The Majority Report highlighted the National Infrastructure Bank in a 2-minute clip that has already gotten thousands of views. Help us spread the word.
